The Laconia Police Department is pleased to host "Leadership in Police Organizations" a comprehensive three-course program for law enforcement leaders. Instructor Dr. Michael D. Breen of PROLECT (Professional Law Enforcement Consultation and Training) teaches this hands on three part course covering topics such as "Motivating Individuals Toward Group Goals," "Motivating Groups Toward Agency Goals," and "Leading an Ethical, Effective and Efficent Agency."
