Community Notification e-List

In an ongoing effort to make more information and services available to citizens via the Internet the Laconia Police Department has activated a Community notification e-list.

This e-mail list is a free service designed for residents and business owners in Laconia and will provide subscribers to timely information on:

  • Trends in crime
  • Crime prevention tips
  • The City registered sex offenders list (provided semi-annually)
  • Community service and local emergency management notices
  • Upcoming educational opportunities and events sponsored by the Department

The Department will create two notification lists; one for City residents and a second tailored for area businesses; that will provide information related to public safety issues involved with commerce and the retail sector.

Those interested can subscribe by sending an e-mail with:

  • Name
  • e-mail address
  • Preference of 'resident' or 'business' list
